Farewell to the College Principal

farewellOn 7th May the school organised a special assembly for the college principal, Mr Sammut. He has served the college for the past 7 years and was instrumental in bringing St Nicholas College in the state it is today. When he was appointed college principal, he had to build the college from scratch. As the years passed by, the college flourished.

Mr Sammut has now reached the time when he has to bid farewell to his role as a college principal, however he will still be offering his services in the education department. The school, including all members of staff, students, parents and School Council wish him all the best of luck for the future.

A booklet was presented to the college principal with a repertoire of photos and cards prepared by every class from kinder to year 6. He was also presented with a voucher on behalf of the parents, students, school council and members of staff as a token of appreciation for his hard work and dedication.

Heartfelt thanks to Mr Sammut for his work, guidance and support 🙂 Special thanks goes to all the members of staff for having prepared the cards which were included in the booklet presented to Mr Sammut.

A number of students were presented with books for having collected more than €20 during the school marathon on this occassion.
