On Friday 25th April 2014, a judge from the Malta Football Association visited our school to judge the display of the children’s art work with the theme “Respect in Sport”. Our students drew different works of art which were displayed on two school notice boards by Ms Rodgers and Ms Said.

The judge was accompanied by Mr Mark Attard, head of media department, the national coach and 3 players of the Maltese National team (U17) and their sport pyschologist.

All the visitors were impressed with the art work presented by our students. We now await judgement. So good luck to our students. The coach commented about the fact that in our school team work is evident.

The players and the coach met our year 4 students who were doing a PE lesson with Mr Steve Borg, who happens to be a player of the Valletta Football Team. (We take this opportunity to congratulate him and his team on winning the National Championship). The coach and players joined the students and played together for a short while. The students had the opportunity to ask, the players and coach, some questions about their career in football.

The visitors signed our visitors book. We would like to thank the UEFA and MFA for this opportunity.
