Let the fun begin…
Above one can see the K1.1 students of Ms Joanne having fun with technology… Our little robot, Bee-Bot is out for a ride with the students. Bee-bot helps students to learn directions and counting, among many other things. Below students are having a whale of time in the newly furbished playing area. Special thanks to FTS (Foundation for Tomorrow’s Schools) and to Ms Borg Vella, assistant head, who was instrumental in making this project another dream come true 🙂
Kindergarten students at work…
The K1.1 students of Ms Joanne have been learning about colours in the past weeks. Above students are cutting small squares of various colours and then mounting them to form a collage. Below students are painting papers plates in blue. Not only are students learning about colours by they are enhancing their fine motor skills while learning how to handle a scissors and having fun 🙂
Kindergarten students singing their heart out…
The kinder 1 students are featured singing a song written by Ms Joanne Galea. The song speaks of the wonderful journey our students enjoy at our school, while learning through play and meeting other friends.
Sea Chains…
The Kinder 1 students of Ms Josianne learning about sea chains. Underwater creatures depend on a clean environment. Marine pollution is having a bad impact on the life of these underwater creatures causing an imbalance in the food chain.
A shore thing…
The K1.2 students of Ms Josianne have been learning about sea creatures that live along the shores of our islands. This is another project linked to Dinja Waħda.
Restoration of old furniture by our students…
The Kinder 1.1 students of Ms Joanne worked on a restoration project. An old wooden table has been restored by the artistic work of these little artist. The table will surely become one piece of furniture that students will enjoy making use of in the near future.
Picnic at school
The lovely weather on the island of Malta offers the ideal scenario for a picnic. The Kinder 1.1 and 1.2 students of Ms Joanne and Ms Josianne joined forces for a fun packed picnic in the school yard. An umbrella was hitched, sun hats worn and towels were spread for students and teachers to have a great time eating healthy fruit and drinking plenty of water while relaxing in the school yard 🙂
A Healthy Breakfast…
The Kindergarten students learn about the importance of starting the day with a healthy breakfast, while socialising with their schoolmates.
