The Yr 2.2 students of Ms Stephanie Azzopardi prepared a special assembly. The topic chosen was habitats. During the assembly students role played various animals coming from different habitats and explained the importance of preserving such habitats.
The Yr 4.2 students prepared a special assembly. The message they wished to impart for each and everyone to do an act of kindness daily. It does not take much effort to do an act of kindness, but the results will be great.
The Yr 3.1 students of Ms Sharon Calleja kicked off the carnival fever with a special assembly. The students danced to the well known local Carnival Hymn, Viva l-Karnival.
The Year 3.2 students of Ms Miranda Cauchi prepared a special assembly. During this assembly the students spoke about the importance of maintaining a healthy body by eating healthy and doing plenty of exercise.
The Year 5.2 students of Ms Melanie prepared a special assembly. The students sang a song and shared a message of love with their peers. During these assemblies students are given the opportunity to build their self-esteem.
The Yr 4.2 students prepared a special assembly about Reducing, Reusing and Recycling. They also sang a song that promotes the use of the 3 Rs for a cleaner, safer and healthier environment.
The Yr 5.2 students of Ms Melanie prepared a special assembly. Being the feast of St Martin, and as tradition wants it, students are usually given a good bag on this day. During this special assembly the students sang a song and filled a bucketful of flashcards with words such as friends, smile, kindness, sharing, helping, etc.
The Yr 6.2 students of Ms Raisa animated the school’ special assembly by kick starting the day with a dance, while promoting the importance of daily physical exercise.
The Yr 6.2 students of Mr Matthew Cassar kicked off the day with a special assembly. The students prepared a dance and gave a great performance to all students. Finally they asked some of the younger students to go on stage and join them.
The Year 5.2 students prepared a special assembly for their school mates. The students performed a dance, while passing on an important message to peers about showing kindness towards each other.
